Part B - Hosting Schedules
Effective as of 31 January 2022
The Schedules in this Part B apply selectively to each Member depending on the products purchased in each Order Form.
1. General
1.1 The types of hosting deployment for the Licensed Software that can be selected by the Member are set out in the Schedules to this Part B.
2. Cloud Members & Self-Managed Members
2.1 If the Member requires that its User Node(s) be hosted by Contour on its behalf, the Member shall be deemed a “Cloud Member” and must comply with the terms for Cloud Members as indicated in each Schedule or Part (as applicable).
2.2 If the Member takes responsibility for the hosting of its User Node(s), the Member shall be deemed a “Self-Managed Member” and must comply with the terms for Self-Managed Members as indicated in each Schedule or Part (as applicable).
2.3 Contour may, from time to time, develop new hosting deployments for the Licensed Software and may, in its sole discretion, amend, update or append new hosting terms and conditions as additional Schedules to this Part B, upon notice to the Member.
